Terms of Service
Last updated: October 18, 2026
Clear expectations for using our website and working with Door 58 Media.
01. About These Terms
These Terms describe the general conditions for using door58.com and purchasing services from Door 58 Media (“Door 58,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Fort Worth, TX.
Requesting a quote does not book a project, authorize a charge, or create a monthly subscription. Before work begins, we confirm the scope, price, delivery schedule, and relevant project terms with you.
Anyone purchasing services must be at least 18 years old and authorized to approve the project and provide its materials.

Monthly Podcast Package
Includes Producer Live Support for four podcast episodes per month, up to 60 minutes each, eight social media clips total per month, four revision rounds per month with one per episode, and a reserved monthly production schedule.
The accepted quote will specify details such as source-footage limits, social clip lengths, formats, intro/outro scope, and any additional deliverables. Included quantities are totals, not amounts added to the previous package’s quantities.
03. Quotes & Payment
Pricing is provided by individual quote. The quote or invoice specifies payment amounts, due dates, any required advance payment, and approved expenses. Additional work requires your approval before additional charges are incurred.
The Clean Cut, The Promo Cut, The Podcast Cut, and Producer Live Support do not require a separate signed service contract. Their scope, price, and project terms must still be confirmed in writing, such as by email.
The Monthly Podcast Package requires a signed contract. No deposit percentage, late fee, cancellation fee, or refund restriction is established by this page; any such terms must be disclosed and agreed before booking.
04. Client Materials
You are responsible for supplying the footage, logos, text, names, instructions, and other materials required for the agreed work. Files must be accessible and suitable for editing.
You must have permission to use materials you provide, including music, photographs, trademarks, and the voices or likenesses of participants. Providing materials authorizes Door 58 to process them for the agreed project.
Clients provide their own cameras, microphones, lighting, and internet connection for remote sessions. Keep backup copies of your source files.
05. Turnaround & Scheduling
Projects are delivered within 48 hours after all required footage, assets, and project details are received, unless a different timeline is agreed upon with the client.
For live productions, the broadcast takes place at the agreed time. Turnaround for post-broadcast deliverables begins after the session and receipt of all required materials.
Each monthly episode follows its agreed production and delivery schedule. Revision timing is confirmed when feedback is received. If missing materials, changed instructions, or technical issues affect delivery, we will communicate a revised timeline.
06. Revisions & Scope
A revision round means one consolidated list of requested changes within the agreed scope. Please review names, spelling, titles, and other supplied details carefully.
A new concept, replacement footage, additional deliverables, or substantial changes to previously approved instructions may require an updated quote and schedule.
The Monthly Podcast Package includes four revision rounds per month, allocated as one per episode. Any different allocation must be agreed in writing.
07. Live Production
Door 58 provides a Restream access link for agreed live production sessions. You are responsible for joining at the arranged time, coordinating your guests, and providing the materials and account permissions needed for the broadcast.
Broadcast quality depends partly on participant equipment, internet connections, and third-party platforms. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of services outside our control.
Any technical problem, overrun, or rescheduling request will be addressed with you. Related charges, credits, or replacement sessions depend on the terms agreed for the project.
08. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Scheduled Podcast and Live Restream Sessions
At least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled start time is required to cancel or reschedule a podcast recording or live Restream session.
Send cancellation or rescheduling requests to door58.com@gmail.com . Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability. Any charges or treatment of missed sessions will follow the terms agreed upon before booking.
Monthly Podcast Package
The Monthly Podcast Package requires a signed contract and 30 days’ written notice to cancel the monthly service. The 24-hour notice requirement also applies to individual sessions scheduled within the package.
Canceling or rescheduling an individual session does not cancel the monthly service. Billing during the cancellation notice period and treatment of unused services follow your signed monthly agreement.
09. Ownership & Licensing
You retain your rights in materials you supply. The accepted quote or monthly contract will identify the rights granted in completed deliverables, when those rights take effect, and whether editable source files are included.
Music, stock assets, fonts, templates, and other third-party materials remain subject to their licenses. A completed project does not grant unrestricted ownership of those materials.
Portfolio or promotional use of private client materials requires separate permission or an agreed project provision. Submitting an inquiry is not permission to publish your files.
10. Website Use & Privacy
Do not use this website to distribute malicious files, send spam, access systems without permission, or submit content that infringes others’ rights.
Website and portfolio materials may belong to Door 58, clients, or third-party licensors. Display on this website does not grant permission to copy or reuse those materials.
Information handling is described in our Privacy Policy. External websites and platforms have their own terms and privacy practices.
11. Service Expectations
We provide the deliverables agreed for your project. We do not promise particular audience numbers, engagement, revenue, platform approval, or other marketing outcomes.
Editing results depend on the quality and suitability of supplied recordings. Extensive restoration, animation, or other specialist work is included only when stated in the accepted scope.
Tell us promptly if you believe a deliverable does not meet the agreed requirements so we can review the issue. Nothing on this page excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Updates & Project Terms
We may update these Terms for future projects and website use. Updates will appear here with a revised date.
Changes to an existing accepted project or signed monthly contract require agreement between the parties; publishing a new website version does not automatically change that engagement.
If these general Terms conflict with a specifically agreed provision in your accepted quote or signed contract, the specifically agreed provision controls, subject to applicable law.
