How we handle information shared through our website, project inquiries, and production services.
This Privacy Policy explains how Door 58 Media (“Door 58,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information collected through door58.com, project inquiries, and our editing and production services.
01. Information You Provide
We collect information you choose to share when contacting us or requesting services. This may include:
- Your name, email address, and optional phone number.
- Your business or podcast name.
- Your selected service, requested dates, project description, and production preferences.
- Uploaded attachments, project footage, images, audio, documents, and Google Drive or Dropbox sharing links.
- Correspondence and records related to quotes, project approvals, agreements, and service delivery.
03. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Respond to inquiries and prepare project quotes.
- Understand project requirements and arrange schedules.
- Perform agreed editing, graphic design, podcast, and live production services.
- Share project updates, request feedback, and deliver completed work.
- Maintain business records, address disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations.
- Operate and protect our website and services.
04. Contact Forms, Attachments, and Shared Files
Information submitted through our contact form is sent to our business email account. Submitted details and attachments may remain in email records and in the systems used to manage the inquiry or project.
When you share a Google Drive or Dropbox link, access depends on the permissions you select. Share only the files needed for your project and information you are authorized to provide. Avoid including passwords, financial account details, or unrelated sensitive records.
Removing a shared link or changing its permissions does not remove copies already downloaded for your project. Contact us if you would like to discuss deletion.
05. Service Providers and Information Sharing
We use third-party providers to support website hosting, email, file sharing, and production. These include Hostinger, Google/Gmail, and Restream, and may include Google Drive or Dropbox when used for a project. Information needed to operate these services may be processed by the relevant providers under their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not sell or rent information submitted through our inquiry form. We may disclose information when authorized by you, necessary to deliver agreed services, required by law, or needed to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.
06. Embedded Videos and External Websites
Our portfolio includes embedded YouTube videos. Embedded content may allow Google/YouTube to receive technical information and use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy policy.
Links to external websites and services are governed by those providers’ policies. We do not control their privacy practices.

07. Project Materials and Portfolio Use
We use submitted project materials to evaluate your request and perform agreed services. Submitting an inquiry or file does not, by itself, give us permission to publish your private materials in our portfolio. Any portfolio or promotional use will be addressed separately through your permission or project terms.
08. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including project delivery, business records, and applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of information and any agreed project terms.
This policy does not promise permanent storage of source footage or finished projects. Keep your own copies of important files.
09. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information handled through our business systems. However, no online service, transmission method, or storage system can guarantee complete security.
10. Your Choices and Requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided. We will review requests in accordance with applicable law and may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes.
11. Children’s Privacy
Our website and inquiry services are intended for adults and business representatives, not children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information directly to us, please contact us so we can review and address it.
12. Policy Updates
We may revise this policy as our services or practices change. The updated version will appear on this page with a revised date, with additional notice where required by applicable law.
